Below is a link to the Department of Labor’s (DOL) required poster on Emergency Family and Medical Leave and Emergency Paid Sick Leave. The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) requires employers to post this notice in the workplace. The Act states that “each employer shall post and keep posted, in conspicuous places on the premises of the employer where notices to employees are customarily posted, a notice, to be prepared or approved by the Secretary of Labor, of the requirements described in this Act.”

It includes Q & A along with some information for employers and employees.

Finally, Jane listened in on a Whitehouse briefing call on Wednesday, March 25 for state and local government and was made aware of a federal website dedicated to cyber and critical infrastructure security. Members may find some of the information on the site useful, including information on how to identify critical operations, infrastructure and services that must continue to operate during the pandemic. We encourage you to visit the website at, https://www.cisa.gov/coronavirus.

We hope you find this information useful.  As additional information becomes available through state and federal agencies, we will review it and pass it along to ICRMT members as soon as possible.
