The Department of Labor (DOL) issued a correction to its regulations on the paid leave provisions in the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). In light of this, Jane May of O’Halloran Kosoff Geitner & Cook, LLC has prepared a memo explaining the DOL guidance on the use of existing leave in conjunction with Emergency Paid Sick Leave (EPSL) or Expanded Family and Medical Leave (EFML).
